A little bit about me……

The majority of my career has been in Construction. I was a Director of mine and my husband’s plant hire company. After running that for 13 years we took the decision to sell up and go into the family, Civil Engineering, business where we ran the plant hire there. I was also made a Director in this business….once I proved my worth!!

I made the decision to come away from the business, not an easy decision and not one made lightly, to pursue my real passion…….animals.

Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I understand that they are all family members. To place your loved one in my hands is an act of trust, a responsibility I would never take lightly.

I am a firm believer in exercising any dog. That hour is their time and all focus is on them……..who doesn’t like that!

My own dog, Buddy, has been in our family for 10 years and he is the reason I decided to call my business Walking Buddies.

Buddy and I have walked in all weathers and so will your family member. In my experience rain, snow, doesn’t matter they need to get out, exercise and above all, have fun!

You can be assured that your loved one will be walked, whatever the weather, and even that job that necessitates those bags, really doesn’t phase me!

I have 2 Diploma’s one in Dog Psychology and one in Dog Walking/Sitting. I am fully insured and I have my CRB/DBS Certificate.

My van is fully kitted out with cages, fans and an on board water tank to meet all of my passenger’s comfort and safety requirements.

I hope you can see that the steps I have taken shows I am serious about this new venture and your family member’s happiness and wellbeing will always be my focus, when they are in my care.
